Job summary

JLL is seeking a Business Analyst for the National Property & Development Services Investor Team. You’ll transform portfolio data into actionable insights that guide capital planning across industrial, office, retail and medical office assets nationwide.

This role combines analytical rigor with business acumen to support investor relationships at a global scale. You’ll analyze portfolios, build capital execution pipelines, and generate executive-level reports for client prospects and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or client-facing coordination in CRE, financial services, or professional services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze institutional investor portfolios to identify white space opportunities across asset types and markets.
• Build and maintain capital execution pipeline tracking with cross-market coordination.
• Generate regular BI reports for investor clients and translate data into executive-level insights.
• Coordinate with Legal, stakeholders, and sales enablement for contract follow-up and engagements.
• Maintain SharePoint resources and assist with onboarding and training materials.
