The Analyst will support acquisitions and development transactions alongside senior management throughout the full deal lifecycle.Core responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models in Excel and Argus (scenarios and sensitivity analyses), assisting with lender and investor negotiations, analyzing capital structures and cash flow distribution waterfalls, conducting market and comparable research, reviewing offering memorandums, interfacing with brokers, and preparing investment committee and lender presentations.The role also encompasses due diligence management (financial statements, development budgets, third-party reports, legal documentation), coordinating transaction closings, and supporting asset management activities including repositioning, refinancings, and dispositions.Candidates should have an excellent undergraduate record and 1-2 years of experience in a transaction-oriented real estate role (private equity, acquisitions, development, structured finance) or in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 accounting.
