Job summary

T. Rowe Price, a premier global asset manager, is seeking an Investments AI Enablement Lead to accelerate how AI enhances research, decision-making, and portfolio insight across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset teams.

You will translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical workflows, coach investment professionals, and partner with AI engineers and product managers to deliver measurable value from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in investments, CS, engineering, data science, economics, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience working with investment professionals (asset management, equity/credit research, or related).
• Clear passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on use of multiple AI platforms in professional workflows.
• Experience enabling investment or financial services teams with technology solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AI adoption across Investments with structured training and cross-regional support.
• Improve output quality by refining prompting workflows and developing reusable assets.
• Guide agentic workflows and influence product evolution through feedback and roadmap input.
• Promote responsible use, safety, and measurable outcomes across investment teams.
