The candidate will perform complex reconciliations, coordinate across Investment Operations and Treasury, and contribute to reporting enhancements while ensuring robust internal controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience required.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years accounting or auditing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors in project or team settings (non‑supervisory).

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation activities with significant judgment across multiple systems.
• Lead resolution of long‑aged or high‑impact reconciling items with inputs across departments.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities and reporting timelines.
• Extract data to prepare standard and ad hoc reports.
• Analyze results, identify variances, and prepare explanations for internal review.
• Ensure documentation aligns with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
