Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must have SMQT Certification or obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Current license or registration as a nurse, social worker, respiratory therapist or dietitian preferred.
• Experience in regulatory services and in writing detailed reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and annual comprehensive surveys to determine compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete inspection or survey reports detailing deficiencies and remedies to correct those deficiencies.
• Communicate findings clearly with internal and external stakeholders and conduct exit conferences with facility staff.
