Qualifications

• Experience/understanding of basic accounting.
• Excel and Sharepoint familiarity.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor invoices for payment in criminal investigations.
• Maintain records of invoices, including case details and signatures.
• Track budgeted circuit costs and vendor payments.
• Assist with recording warrants and related identifiers in Capture.
• Update and manage an Excel-based circuit costs tracker with classification notes.
• Support agency payments to telecommunications vendors while protecting sensitive surveillance techniques.
