Job summary

WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Manager of Investigations in a Hybrid role based near Battle Creek, MI. You will lead investigations into compliance and misconduct, help develop policies, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

As part of the Ethics and Compliance team, you will collaborate across HR and other departments, assess risks, and support training initiatives to foster a culture of integrity. Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience using investigation/compliance software is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations is necessary.
• Ability to present clear recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Investigations: oversee and conduct comprehensive investigations into compliance and misconduct.
• Policy Development: assist in developing and implementing compliance policies.
• Reporting: prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaboration: work with HR and other departments on investigation processes.
• Risk Assessment: identify compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
• Training: help deploy training on compliance topics to promote integrity.
