Job summary

Dow Midland, MI is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Specialist to provide advanced legal and compliance support within the Ethics & Compliance function. You will handle investigations, program operations, monitoring, third‑party due diligence, training, and risk management, partnering with attorneys, HR, Internal Audit, Security, Privacy, and business leaders.

The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and communication, with emphasis on improving investigation processes and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at U.S. E5 or Canadian rank; 4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Experience supporting investigations, compliance programs, audits, or regulatory processes.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and Case Management Support: review reports, files, findings for accuracy and standards.
• Draft investigation reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for review by attorneys.
• Coordinate legal holds and evidence preservation with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor EthicsPoint workflows and support process improvements in case management.
• Provide training, reporting analytics, and collaboration across compliance teams.
