Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain quality and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities to develop skills through company training programs and career growth within ADS's network of plants and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain safe working environment and use PPE consistently.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and related machinery.
• Ensure quality through final visual inspections and labeling of finished goods.
• Provide excellent customer service when loading/unloading deliveries and minimize errors.
• Track inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation.
• Learn pipe specifications and packaging requirements; participate in continuous improvement.
