Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load and unload deliveries and support forklift operations. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and accurate handling of products in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will participate in inventory control, product labeling, and ensure quality during loading, while delivering strong customer service to drivers and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operation knowledge and basic inventory skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated team player able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload deliveries with a forklift.
• Maintain a safe working environment and observe PPE usage.
• Perform final visual inspections and label finished goods.
• Assist with inventory tracking and product rotation.
• Provide good customer service when handling shipments.
