Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse management system. You will support inventory counts and maintain records to company standards.

This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to follow standardized processes. You will operate in a warehouse environment with safety protocols and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and report building.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a quality, clerical, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures at all times.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory counts to company standards.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records.
• Verify data accuracy and support inventory processes within assigned areas.
• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required.
• Support inventory processes, including year-end inventory activities.
