Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is hiring for first-shift warehouse roles in Sparks, NV. You will process orders and manage inventory on-site, reporting to the Operations Manager in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

duties include batch release in WMS, inventory monitoring, issue resolution, and accurate data entry. Shifts are Monday-Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm, with overtime on Fridays and a weekly bonus program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics or inventory
• Working knowledge of WMS and order processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily planning and order fulfillment
• Communicate with stockers regarding replenishment needs
• Resolve order processing issues to minimize delays
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records
• Follow all safety, security and operational procedures
• Do not use Bluetooth devices on the warehouse floor
• Other duties as needed

About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion.
• Resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow Bluetooth devices (Apple watches, air pods, cell phones etc.) on warehouse floor.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory-related environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
• Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow Bluetooth devices (Apple watches, air pods, cell phones etc.) on warehouse floor
• Overtime as needed (typically on Friday's)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers required
