Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time storekeeping experience, at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, classification, storage, care, distribution, requisitioning and inventory of materials, tools, supplies and equipment.
• Supervise receiving to ensure proper storage or prompt delivery to user.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quantity and condition.
• Contact vendors to discuss deliveries, shortages, etc.
• Maintain inventory using CMMS and bar-coding systems.
• Prepare lists of surplus or obsolete materials and arrange disposal or transfer.
