Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; logistics/SCM/accounting focus preferred.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and count raw materials and finished goods to keep records aligned with physical inventory.
• Follow warehouse procedures: verify quantity, specifications, and appearance of incoming materials.
• Process receiving documents and issue materials against requisitions.
• Plan bin locations and optimize space; label and organize materials.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and submit reports; flag slow-moving items.
• Maintain warehouse safety and environment; handle hazardous materials such as transformer oil.
• Enter data in ERP systems (UFIDA, Kingdee) accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales for smooth material supply.
