Job summary

NDT Global in Houston, TX seeks an Inventory Specialist to establish and optimize our global inventory system, coordinating parts delivery to staging areas and ensuring timely material movement per project schedules.

Role requires forklift and crane certification, 3+ years in warehouse and inventory roles, and strong documentation skills. Proficiency in English and comfort working in an international environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in warehouse operations.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification required.
• 3+ years warehouse experience and 3+ years inventory exposure.
• Experience with dangerous goods transport preferred.
• Strong documentation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent English; ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal project parts to staging areas per project schedules.
• Confirm deliveries via ERP receipts and move material to target location.
• Coordinate inventory optimization and cycle counts.
• Load/unload goods as required.
• Oversee incoming items from global locations and resolve related issues.
• Support ECO/CAPA processes and manufacturing steps.
• Package and declare dangerous goods.
