Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Huntley, IL is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage receiving, stock transfers, and documentation. You will release parcel deliveries, run stock reports, and coordinate container imports/exports between facilities.

Qualifications

• ERP software knowledge and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Release small parcel deliveries and labels.
• Run required reports to maintain stock requirements.
• Create transfers for sales orders (all plants).
• Arrange and track Import containers with trucking company and record material by containers.
• Designate warehouse delivery location for containers by material needs.
• Process goods receipts for Export parts orders.
• Coordinate space & inventory between warehouses (GDC and PL06).
• Create and release transfer orders & STOs for outbound deliveries.
• Receive inbound loads and create Goods receipts.
• Process put away transfer orders (TOs).
• OS&D follow up and paperwork.
• Yard management (YM) check in, start & stop unloading process.
• Bin to Bin transfers.
• Communicate with internal and external customers as required.
• Adhere to Safety policy.
• Participate in annual inventory.
