Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education & related experience.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Ability to carry moderate weight and lift up to 75 pounds; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage blood collection equipment and supplies including boxes, labels and canteen supplies.
• Take inventory and order supplies from the warehouse, maintaining collections' area.
• Fill order requisitions from mobile and fixed sites; train and support staff as directed.
• Interact in a positive, proactive, customer-focused manner with internal and external customers.
• May drive blood collection vehicles to load and unload required supplies and equipment.
