Job summary

Quantic Electronics is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and maintain inventory supporting manufacturing operations. You will move materials, ensure accurate records, and help keep a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, counting and labeling stock, entering data into the ERP, and picking kits for production while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including safety pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as business needs require.
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory transactions.

Position Summary

The Inventory & Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, issuing, and maintaining inventory to support manufacturing operations. Essential Functions

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise, dust, varying temperatures and other typical manufacturing/warehouse conditions. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
