Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and oversee volunteers, organize inventory and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and verify quantities and costs.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and ensure proper handling of foods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and distribution teams for product flow.
• Report delivery discrepancies promptly.
