Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Support Associate for our Houston area stores. You will manage inventory processes, move products from stockroom to floor, and help maintain organized stockrooms and appealing displays.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and a hands-on approach to restocking and price changes. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and navigable.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives including floor sets, windows, signage.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
