Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Support Associate for Store 5010-Highland Village Soma Houston. The role blends back‑of‑house inventory duties with frontline customer service on the sales floor.

You will help ensure stockroom organization, timely merchandising, and smooth replenishment to enhance the shopping experience. Key responsibilities include restocking, price changes, and maintaining a visually appealing store aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer‑focused experience that reflects our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
