Ranpak in Concord Township, Ohio, is seeking an Inventory Control professional to manage and optimize inventory accuracy across warehousing and production operations. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain ERP data to support planning and replenishment strategies.
The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, and Warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure inventory availability and alignment with operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory data to support inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Review inventory transactions and ensure inventory balances are accurately maintained within the ERP system.
Reconcile inventory variances and process inventory adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including product locations, lot tracking, and item identification.
Generate and analyze inventory reports for management review and decision-making.
Assist in the development and execution of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Support annual physical inventory activities and audit preparation.
Evaluate inventory performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Monitor inventory aging and identify excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and transacted.
Assist with inventory-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to identify, analyze, and resolve inventory issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
