Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Lead in Indiana to oversee daily inventory operations, drive accuracy through cycle counts, and lead a team of Inventory Associates in a fast-paced logistics setting.

The role requires leadership in a warehouse environment, strong Excel skills, cycle counting experience, and forklift operation. Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm shifts are typical, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years warehousing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• 1+ years in an inventory role including cycle counting.
• 1+ years Excel experience; accurate data entry and complex spreadsheets.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Inventory Associates and develop staff.
• Maintain inventory records and perform weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure inventory cycles align with customer guidelines and quality standards.
• Enter item data into computer databases accurately.
• Identify damaged products and confirm quality of goods.
• Implement recovery programs for defective products.
