Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our West Jefferson, OH location to monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and maintain complex spreadsheets. You will reconcile inventory, locate products, and support loss prevention while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse inventory role.
3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience working with 4,000+ SKUs.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures. Implement programs to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location.
Conduct system searches to locate products.
Work with management to implement loss prevention programs and improve inventory management.
Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection.
Perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and inspect/correct inventory diagnostics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assign
