Job summary

PICS Inventory in Winter Springs, FL is seeking a Team Leader to join our inventory counting team. You will count inventory for major retailers across the area and travel as needed, with carpool arrangements for inventories beyond 30 miles from your territory.

Ideal candidates are motivated, accurate, and service‑minded. Experience in inventory service is preferred but not required. Early start times (5 a.m.–7 a.m.) and reliable transportation are required. Occasional weekends may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to count merchandise from top to bottom shelves.
• Ability to operate a handheld data entry device and scanner.
