PICS Inventory, located in Clayton, NC, seeks a Team Leader to count inventories for major retailers. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles outside the territory.

Candidates should be accurate, reliable, and customer-service oriented, with 18+ years of age and access to reliable transportation. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional presentation, and ongoing training to develop staff while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience and ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player - work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• pay ranges from $18-$22 based on experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventories for major retailers throughout the Clayton, NC area.
• Travel to inventory sites as required; carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles outside the assigned territory.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device with 10-key data entry and a handheld scanner.
• Maintain accuracy and provide friendly, professional interaction with store personnel.
• On-site presence until job completion and alignment with district management expectations.
