Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking motivated, accurate, and reliable team members to count inventory for major retailers in the Charlotte area. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories over 30 miles from your territory. Starting pay is competitive, with opportunities for advancement.

We offer paid on-the-job training and a schedule that requires 5:00–7:00 a.m. starts, with some weekend/evening work possible. A valid driver’s license and transportation are needed for site visits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to begin work early morning hours (5am–7am) with centralized meet sites.
• Occasional weekend/evening work may be required.
• Reliable transportation to inventory sites (public or private).
• Reliable means of communication is required.
• Experience in inventory service preferred but not required.
• Team player and professional in presentation and demeanor.
• Continual training to increase productivity and accuracy.
• Drive accuracy in count and data entry on devices.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers across the area.
• Travel as required; carpool for inventories over 30 miles outside territory.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device with a 10-key keypad and scanner.
• Work on shelves from top to bottom, including stools and kneeling as needed.
• Remain on site until job completion; training provided.
