Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking motivated, accurate, reliable team members to count inventory for major retailers in the Rock Hill area. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories beyond 30 miles from the assigned territory.

Team Leaders should demonstrate professionalism, strong customer service, and teamwork. Training is provided, with competitive pay starting at $18.00/hour and schedule commitments to early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available to begin work early morning hours, 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. (with centralized meet sites at earlier times). Occasional weekend and evening work available.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites. (public or private)
• Must have a reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device (10-key data entry) with a handheld scanner.
• Assist with maintaining accuracy during counts and inventories.
• Support team members to meet scheduled inventory needs.
• Occasionally travel within the assigned territory to inventory sites.
