Job summary

PICS Inventory is seeking motivated, accurate team members to count inventory for major retailers across the Pasadena area. Some travel is required, with carpool provided for inventories beyond 30 miles from your territory.

We offer on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. A reliable commute and early-morning availability are essential to join our dedicated inventory service team.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory experience preferred, ability to manage small to mid inventories as directed.
• Team player who works well within a group and follows district guidance.
• Courteous, professional, and effective in interactions with store staff and customers.
• Availability for early mornings (5 a.m.–7 a.m.) and occasional evenings or weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites and dependable communication.
• On-site role requiring travel to retailers across the area.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory for major retailers across the territory with accuracy.
• Operate and enter data on handheld devices and scanners during inventories.
• Support timely execution of inventories and adapt to route schedules.
