Job summary

KGPCo in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Lead Inventory Specialist to manage stock requests, routing, and data integrity within the 30/60/90 process and related inventory metrics. You will work with Navision, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Access daily, updating forms and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a High School diploma, six years in logistics or related fields, and experience with Excel/Access data manipulation.

Qualifications

• Requires High School degree or equivalent.
• Two-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of six years work experience in Logistics, Marketing or Sales.
• Data manipulation skills via Excel, Access, and other system tools or applications are required.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the TL9000 document PR-F-5004 Stock Request form on KGP SharePoint.
• Obtain, review, and analyze the completed PR-F-5004 Stock Request form to ensure required data is filled.
• Run the Stock Request through the Microsoft 2010 Access Database and build the routing for the finalized Stock Request.
• Maintain the status of in-process Stock Requests to meet approvals and work group needs.
• Train other KGP employees on how to create and process a Service Request.
