You will lead a small team, conduct cycle counts per ERP guidelines, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and partner with procurement, production, and logistics to improve warehouse organization and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Proficiency in inventory systems SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of material handlers to high performance.
• Lead daily cycle counts per ERP guidelines.
• Analyze cycle count results and update ERP accordingly.
• Implement and enhance inventory control processes and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies with root cause analysis.
• Lead team to achieve monthly cycle counts metric.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Improve warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems.
• Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
