Davison Auto Parts in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to own inventory accuracy from PO arrival to shelf exit. You’ll guide a small 3–4 person team and ensure receipts, postings, and counts are correct the first time.

You’ll improve receiving procedures, train staff, and set the standard for accuracy, attendance, and pace in daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role requires reliability and a focus on quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in a parts, automotive, or industrial warehouse.
• Direct, hands-on experience receiving purchase orders and posting/reconciling them in an inventory or ERP system (NAPA TAMS/PRO, Epicor, or similar).
• Comfortable using a computer system daily for real work.
• Reliable, in-person, on-time attendance.
• Experience where inventory mistakes had real consequences

Responsabilités

• Receive incoming purchase orders, verify shipments against POs, and post receipts into the inventory system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies before they become inventory or customer problems.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a small team; set accuracy, attendance, and pace.
• Train team members on receiving and inventory-posting procedures.
• Flag recurring errors or process gaps to management before they compound.
