Job summary

Empower AI seeks an Inventory Systems Administrator to support the Department of State, managing the inventory system within the hybrid VPC and global IT infrastructure. You will ensure warehouse operations, real-time tracking, and secure access for customers.

Required are 5+ years in inventory systems, a Bachelor's in IT or related field, and a Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% is anticipated in this role with DoS intranet customization and reporting duties.

• Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory system and warehouse administration.
• Administer a Government-approved COTS inventory software with real-time tracking.
• Ensure ILMS data integration.
• Maintain a secure web dashboard for customer access with search/sort.
• Upgrade and customize inventory system on DoS Intranet per customer direction.
• Produce standard and ad hoc warehouse reports bi-weekly.
• Upload annual physical inventory data and resolve discrepancies.
