Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inventory Synchronization Specialist to balance our HighJump, SAP, and Exacta systems. You will learn our processes and collaborate with multiple departments to keep inventory accurate.

You should be fluent in English, a strong problem-solver, and a team player who loves data. Proficiency with Excel and Access is a plus; willingness to lift 30 lbs and work early shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document discrepancies by email and in person across departments.
• Investigate failed messages from HighJump to SAP and coordinate fixes.
• Analyze previous days' adjustments to identify root causes.
• Investigate part numbers with inventory value discrepancies across systems.
• Verify locations through cycle counts.
• Research and resolve failed inventory adjustments between HighJump and SAP.

The Job at a Glance

As an Inventory Synchronization Specialist ( Internally known as a Person Who Knows Our Stuff ) , you will be responsible for balancing our 3 major operating systems: HighJump , SAP , and Exacta .

A Typical Day

• Communicating with multiple departments through email and in person to document discrepancies
• Researching failed messages on receipt tags from HighJump to S AP and communicating with the Wizards team to fix them as required.
• Researching the previous days' adjustments and figuring out the root cause.
• Investigating all part numbers that have different inventory values between HighJump, SAP, and Exacta
• Verifying locations through cycle counts
• Use Excel, Access, SAP , and HighJump to research and fix failed inventory adjustment messages between HighHump and SAP to make sure these failed ‘IDOCS’ are worked through daily . Don’t worry – our team will help teach you how to use the systems and processes!

To Land This Opportunity

• You’re able to work Monday through Friday 6 am – 230 pm
• It’s a bonus if you’re proficient with HighJump , S AP software , and AutoStore
• You are great with computer applications and a master of Excel and Access
• You’re a “go-to” team member in your current role and consistently go “above and beyond”
• You can move around for long periods andlift30 lbs unassisted
• You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• You love solving problems

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80-53,770.20 ($21.15-25.85/hr) annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
