• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• General computer literacy, including comfort with inventory systems and data entry.
• 1-3 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capability.
• Forklift Certification preferred (required to obtain certification if hired).
• Ability to lift 50 lb on an occasional basis.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal driven with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a team.
