Job summary

CaroMont Regional Medical Center- Belmont is seeking a Relief Tray Service Attendant to support the Production Manager across caf­teria, patient service, kitchen and catering activities. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, unpacking and dispensing a variety of food supplies, chemicals and paper goods in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

Weekly inventory of food supplies will be completed and cleaning schedules must meet HACCP, JCAHO, DFS, OSHA, and local health inspector requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience in inventory supply in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have computer skills to include Excel, Word, Explorer, and internet ordering / inventory systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and aptitude for detailed work.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleaning schedule in compliance with various regulatory agencies (HACCP, JCAHO, DFS, OSHA, and local health inspector).Will also perform duties of Tray Service Attendant and Hospitality Assistant as needed.
