Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in long-term care.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Basic computer literacy and skills.

Responsibilities

• Make nursing schedules and order/stock supplies.
• Conduct weekly inventory to maintain par levels.
• Create lists of needed supplies and purchase materials.
• Deal directly with vendors and handle correspondences and claims.
• Follow prescribed budget and submit billing statements.
• Fill approved requisitions for departments and participate in training.
