Job summary

Madeira Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Central Supply Coordinator to ensure supplies for nursing and administrative staff are stocked and organized. STNA licensure is required, with responsibilities including scheduling, ordering, stocking, and inventory control in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Basic computer literacy and skills.

Responsibilities

• Make nursing schedule.
• Order supplies.
• Stock supplies.
• Perform weekly inventory to maintain par levels.
• Create and purchase list to maintain inventory.
• Interface with vendors for supplies and returns.
• Prepare billing statements for resident billing.
