The role focuses on coaching Inventory Associates, following a consistent workflow, and leading operations to maximize accuracy and productivity. Travel for assignments may occur, and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
