WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory in Ohio to coach and develop Inventory Associates, maintain accuracy, and travel to multiple retail locations. Starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
