Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens retail or one year of general retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store, front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns, planogram accuracy.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection; file claims for shortages and overages.
• Open/close store as needed; handle cash and POS responsibilities in leader-on-duty shifts.
• Review reports and system applications to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute pricing changes, markdowns, and maintain signage accuracy.
• Order items to support front end and pharmacy operations; manage consigned inventory.
