Job summary

WIS International in Fort Scott, KS is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory to help coach and train Inventory Associates, ensure accuracy, and drive a consistent workflow. You will engage with leadership to resolve event-related concerns, while promoting our core values and high performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes training, supervision, and adherence to processes, with opportunities for travel and potential overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as Inventory Associate or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
