Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
