Job summary

• Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and standards.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
• Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and Excel metrics.
• Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
• Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel.
• Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management.
• Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders.
• Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.
