Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
• APICS CPIM certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
• Coordinate inventory-related tasks with all departments to maintain order accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback.
• Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accuracy.
• Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and standards.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
• Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and Excel metrics.
• Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
