Job summary

In Good Health, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead the Inventory Team and ensure accurate stock, audits, and data-driven decisions. The role involves running reports, organizing data, and maintaining inventory across licenses while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The supervisor will oversee orders, replenishment, and collaboration with Sales to educate staff on new products, maintaining a positive work environment and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with industry inventory systems (BioTrack, Leaf Logix, Flow Hub, Indica, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, et al).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution with the General Manager.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits; maintain accurate records.
• Receive deliveries from marijuana establishments into POS and state tracking (Metrc).
• Maintain accurate in-store digital and eCommerce menus reflecting stock and testing results.
• Oversee real-time inventory levels and replenish as needed.
• Fulfill customer orders and monitor expiration dates.
• Collaborate with Sales to educate staff on new products.
