Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping product at our facility. You will partner with Operations and Quality managers to drive inventory accuracy and process improvements.

The role requires hands-on supervision, experience with WMS, strong problem solving, and the ability to work in cold and dry storage environments while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Inventory Control experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and work in cold or dry storage conditions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Noise tolerance in some work areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Prepare daily reports including production and shipping analysis.
• Direct and coordinate physical inventory with cycle counts.
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures for accuracy.
• Interface with internal and external customers on inventory needs.
• Review reports to address unused items and excess stock.
• Examine systems and controls to improve inventory efficiency.
