The purpose of the Inventory Control Supervisor is to oversee the Inventory Control Coordinator and Inventory Control Lead performances as they maintain an accurate perpetual inventory. This includes assisting in conducting cycle counts, identifying, researching, and solving product count inaccuracies to preserve data integrity. The employee must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain the expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines set by Arcadia.
An associate degree with 2-4 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 4-5 years of college and experience is required.
Accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency in English and math skills for data analysis and pallet calculations is essential.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with slot picking programs, computer-based timekeeping systems, and Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System is preferred; proficiency in these systems should be achieved within 90 days if not already known.
Experience as a certified powered industrial truck (PIT) operator is preferred; certification must be obtained within 90 days if not already certified.
Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are necessary. Ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
