The purpose of the Inventory Control Supervisor is to oversee the Inventory Control Coordinator and Inventory Control Lead, ensuring the maintenance of an accurate perpetual inventory. This includes assisting in cycle counts, identifying, researching, and resolving product count inaccuracies to preserve data integrity. The employee must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, maintain the expected work pace, and meet minimum productivity guidelines set by Arcadia.
Associate degree with 2-4 years’ experience or a high school diploma with 4-5 years of related education and experience. Accounting skills are preferred. Proficiency in English, math, and advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with slot picking programs, computer-based timekeeping, and Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System is preferred. Certification as a powered industrial truck operator is preferred; if not certified, must pass within 90 days. Ability to work independently or in a team, with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency, is essential.
