Job summary

The Home Depot is hiring a Manager, Inventory Solutions to lead a team of analysts driving inventory planning and replenishment initiatives. You will plan, design, and implement new systems, develop inventory metrics, and guide business process improvements across functions.

You will oversee project delivery, identify impactful initiatives, and coach analysts to deliver data-driven insights that optimize inventory performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Master's degree (Engineering or Supply Chain) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory planning or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads a group of analysts and cross-functional projects with on-time delivery.
• Oversees project planning, timelines and coordination across operations.
• Identifies projects aligned to IPR goals and measures impact.
• Provides ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
• Develops metrics and reporting to support business needs.
• Leads and coaches the analytics team to improve outcomes.
